North Wales dramatic pic's #runes

Another stunning sunset across Anglesea.

Oh, mountain tops in the cloud .....

 Dramatic snow scene from just two weeks ago.

It looks like graffitti but it has been there a very long time, look at how well grown the lichen is.  I think they are runes but I haven't deciphered them yet.  Anyone out there can help?
